How To Use Reset
Apply the Night Patch at Your Usual Bedtime (Departure Time Zone)
Place the Night Patch 30–60 minutes before you plan to sleep on the plane or at your normal bedtime based on your departure city. This helps your body begin shifting naturally.
Switch Upon Arrival
Once you land in the morning (local time), switch to the Day Patch to promote alertness and reinforce the new time zone.
If you land at night, apply the Night Patch 30-60 minutes before you plan to sleep.
Follow Local Time Immediately
Eat, sleep, and use Reset according to your destination’s clock — not your departure time zone. Continue using Night and Day patches as needed for the first 1–2 days to fully adjust.
